Do you ship outside of Japan ?

Yes, we use the international postal Express Mail Service (EMS) via the Japan Post Service.  EMS delivers to over 120 countries around the world.  EMS has both an insurance and a tracking system.

We will ship your purchases from Tokyo, Japan to your chosen destination.

How much is the shipping cost ?

Shipping fees vary depending on the order, the country of destination and the total shipping weight.

How will you proceed my order ?

We will inform you of the status of your order by e-mail at the following times:

• Upon acceptance of your order
• Upon shipment from Japan (including EMS tracking number)

How long does it take to deliver ?

Average time from the Japan Post Service, depends on the countries and periods around the year.   EMS delivery usually takes between 2 and 9 days to the designated destination country.  Please note that it requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in a remote area.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. You can check the estimated number of days at the EMS Delivery Days Page.

* You can track your parcel on the EMS website using the tracking number that we will inform you of at the time of shipment.

* Some products are made-to-order and therefore take time to manufacture. Where this is the case, possibly asking you to allow more than 3 weeks for delivery.  Please check the detail about required date for made-to-order at each product page.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the country of destination.

Any shipping fee ?

Customers making purchases from Japan may be subject to duty and customs fees, consumption taxes, and other charges when the order prices on the import application exceed the exemption amount.
